Click the Teamviewer banner on the right only when instructed to do so by your technician. Clicking the TeamViewer banner will open a web page that will automatically download a file that will allow your technician to initiate a secure connection to your computer. If you’re asked to "Save" or "Run", please click "Run" and allow the program access when prompted. You can leave the session at any time by closing the TeamViewer program.
